CHAIRMAN - Yaw Asare-Berkoh has over 20 years of experience in the Petroleum Industry. He is the founder and CEO of Trade Cross Ltd., a leading Liquefied Petroleum Gas Marketing Company (LPGMC). He is the Chairman of the board of Trade Cross Ltd.

MEMBER - Ehizogie Binitie is the Co-founder & Chief Product Officer of Rancard Solutions, a leading provider of mobile content delivery and service management software. Mr. Binitie has over 10 years experience in the Information Technology industry. He has worked as IT/software specialist at Intercom Data Networks, and also, as software architect and consultant at Aq Solutions / General Electric. He sits on the Board of Rancard Solutions.

MEMBER - Yaw Koduah-Sarpong is the Chief Finance Officer of Fueltrade Limited, a leading bulk distributor of refined petroleum products. Mr. Koduah-Sarpong is a qualified accountant (ACCA), with a postgraduate degree in International Economic Law (LLM) from the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom and obtained his first degree in B.Sc. Administration (Accounting Option) from the University Of Ghana, Legon.He has worked at Bulk Oil Storage & Transportation (BOST) Company Ltd where he was the Chief Finance Officer for four years. His other previous employment was with Ernst & Young Ghana, as a Tax and Legal consultant. He sits on the Board of Fueltrade Limited.

MEMBER - Andrew Achampong-Kyei is a United Kingdom qualified Solicitor and a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. He has also been called to the Ghana Bar Association. He has extensive experience as a finance and project lawyer and has worked with leading law firms in the United Kingdom. Mr. Achampong-Kyei holds a Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of Kent (UK) and a Post Graduate Diploma from the University of Westminster (UK). He is currently the Head of Legal and Special Risks at GLICOLIFE, and sits on the Executive Committees of the company.

MEMBER - Kofi Asare-Berkoh - is the Founder and CEO of Intelligent Telemetry. He brings over 10 years of sales, marketing and public relations management experience to Intelligent Telemetry. Mr. Asare-Berkoh's career path has moved from Marketing Officer, to Marketing Director, and currently, COO of Trade Cross Ltd., a leading Liquefied Petroleum Gas Marketing Company (LPGMC). He sits on the Board of Trade Cross Ltd.
